How are you? I am fine. Hope all are doing well. leaf spring is a simple form of spring, commonly used for the suspension in wheeled vehicles. A leaf spring can either be attached directly to the frame at both ends or attached directly at one end, usually the front, with the other end attached through a shackle, a short swinging arm. The shackle takes up the tendency of the leaf spring to elongate when compressed and thus makes for softer springiness. Leaf spring is the best suspension system. The dies are preformed to create cavities in the shape of the part. The key parameters the die casting process are Metal flow, Metal temperature, Shot speed, Die temperature, Dwell time, Gate design, etc. In this study, to reduce the scrap rate of an aluminum die cast bracket, an experiment was carried out. QUADRATIC LOSS FUNCTION
Hi folks,
Welcome to my blog once again. When a critical quality characteristic deviates from the target value, it causes a loss. Quality simply means no variability or little variation from target performance. Quadratic loss function is a simple and meaningful function for approximating the quality loss in most situations. The three most common variations of the quadratic loss function are:
• Nominal the best type: L(y) = (A/δ2)(y-m)2
• Smaller the best type: L(y) = (A/δ2)y2
• Larger the best type: L(y) = (Aδ2)(1/y2)
Where L is the functional limit, A is the loss incurred at the functional limits, Y is the quality characteristic and δ is the deviation. Thank you.

How are you? Fissle fuels undergo fission process. When unstable heavy nucleus is bombarded with neutrons, it splits into two fragments of approximately equal mass. A considerable heat energy is released during fission process. The fissle material is used as fuel in nuclear power plants. These are three basic fissionablematerial available. How are you? I Am fine . Hope all are doing well. Some materials are not fissionable by themselves. Yet, they can be converted as fissionable materials. They are called as fertile fuels. They absorb neutron and undergo spontaneous change to produce fissionable materials. Only U235 is available in nature. U233 and Pu 239are produced artificially. U233 is produced by nuclear reaction of thorium element. Pu239 is produced by neutron irridation of U238 and Th232 are known as fertile fuels. Thank you.

Feed water treatment
Hi guys,
How are you? Natural water contains solid, liquid and gaseous impurities. Hence this water cannot be used directly for steam generation in the boilers. The impurities present in the feed water should be removed before it is supplied to the boiler. Even though the condensate is returned to the boiler as the feed water, make up water is needed to replace the losses. Thank you

What a comedy movie!

I need to share this experience with you. Yesterday I watched a movie Named YUGA. at first when I heard the name I thought it would be dealing with astronomy. So I kept watching the movie. But later only I came to know that Ghosts play the role of "Agorar". If a person dies without a wish fulfilled, then he became a Agorar and take revenge on the person because of whom his wish unfulfilled. the Music was so jarring and it ha sno sync with the film. Funny Graphics made the movie more funny and not even a single part of the movie terrored me. What a funny movie..

Veteran actor Manoj Kumar has already moved to the court demanding a stay on the television transmission of the movie.
King Khan and Farah not keeping up with the promise of chopping away the scenes which made fun of him instigated the yesteryear star to seeking help of law.
Now a reputed writer Ajay Monga who is the story maker of the films 'Corporate' and the forthcoming highly awaited 'Fashion' has approached Bombay High Court alleging lifting of the theme and some scenes of one of his scripts my the makers of 'OSO'.
Ajay claims that the story of 'Om Shanti Om' is strikingly similar to his film script titled as 'The Silent Movie'
The writer had approached Shah Rukh's production company 'Red Chillies Entertainment' with his story.
He tells that the superstar never got back to him, but after 'Om Shanti Om' hit the theatres, he noticed that the storyline and lots of scenes of Shah Rukh's film was similar to what he had written and this can never be a coincidence.
The story of 'The Silent Movie' just like 'OSO' was about the love of a junior artist towards a leading heroine.
