The first international American football game took place at Cambridge, Massachusetts; on 14 may 1874, between Harvard University and McGill university of Montreal Canada. The first rose bowl college football game was at Pasadena, California, on 1 January 1902 between the universities of Michigan and Stanford. It has been held annually since 1916. Thank you.
